The reception staff offered welcoming service, which was a bright spot amidst several disappointments. The room, however, was far from the promised deluxe experience. it's small with very creaky floorboards. Frustratingly, there’s no conveniently located plug socket by the bed, making it awkward to charge devices. On the upside, the hotel showcased some impressive homemade local products, which added a unique touch to the stay.

The room was clean, though the shower had temperature issues.

The room service was disappointing, taking over 45 minutes to respond, and the ironing board was broken when I needed it most.

A decent fit for a short stay in London with solid value. The air conditioning worked great during the heat wave. Keep an eye out for the gym etiquette to avoid awkward situations.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was fantastic with so much variety, and the pool was just the perfect way to unwind after a day out. The room was recently refurbished and super comfy.

During my weekend stay, it was just a few steps to the Museum of London and only about a 20-minute walk to the stunning St Paul's Cathedral, making it easy to soak in the city's rich history and beautiful architecture. as a family with children, we also appreciated being so close to various parks where we could relax and let the kids play after our city explorations.

I had a wonderful stay in room 1557, where I enjoyed the peaceful quiet of facing an internal courtyard, making it easy to recharge before heading out to explore famous sights, with St Paul's Cathedral just about 20 minutes' walk away, and the iconic Barbican Centre only a short stroll away, providing ample opportunities for city adventures and park views.

Good breakfast but needs an upgrade

Stayed for a couple of nights in a standard room. The breakfast was tasty, especially the buffet! Staff were friendly too. But man, the room was a bit tired, could really use a revamp. Didn't get to check out the gym or pool, but kinda wish I had. If I asked for eggs, they couldn't figure it out.
